VALUE ADDED SERVICES

INSTRUCTOR LED CUSTODIAL TRAINING

Our Sales Consultants are some of the most knowledgeable people in the cleaning supply business. We can come to your facility, or we can host a training session on a variety of topics, including custodial training, WHMIS training, Canadian Green Sustainability, or even create a custom training suitable for your facility. Our courses are offered on-site or in our Edmonton office training room.

Visit our Training & Materials page for more information.

CUSTODIAL TRAINING SUPPORT MATERIALS

We can provide anything from a cleaning chemical product use chart, to cleaning equipment demo guide, to process tags to help you and your employees to maximize cleaning efficiency. We don't have it? We'll design something for you.

Visit our Training & Materials page for more information.

VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY

We know you are busy, so let us help. Our consultants can check cleaning supply inventory levels during regular visits and place the order for you. This ensures that your facility is always using the agreed to products, and helps us to pin-point issues, such as chemical over-use.

Other benefits include:

  • Reduced overall costs
  • Time savings
  • Measured control

SITE EVALUATION

What type of cleaning chemicals are best for your facility? What type and size of equipment do you need to maximize labour cost savings? How should products be ordered to maximize efficiency and control? How can we help you monitor your product purchasing? Let our consultants help you by conducting a site evaluation.

We also offer comprehensive clean quality site evauations using ISSA cleaning standards and ATP meters.

CONSUMPTION REPORTS

We can provide monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to your management team that will monitor spending on cleaning supplies.

PRODUCT COMPARISON REPORTS

Have us generate a report to compare products or equipment to determine the best fit for you. This will allow you to see true cost savings rather than focusing only on the "sticker" price.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We have a fully stocked "AAA" rated cleaning equipment service department at both our Edmonton and Calgary offices, and all of our Service Technicians are factory trained. We also support outlying areas through our Visiting Service Tech (VST) program and by customer grouping to keep your service costs down.

PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE

Like your car, your cleaning equipment requires regular maintenance, and we have the expertise to help you. Have us visit your facility on a regular schedule to ensure that your equipment is always up and running for peak performance. We provide you with a "report card" that lets you know the machine's trouble areas and why.
